Aiming to favor this audience that does not have time to train, the Brigadeiro Jiu-Jitsu Academy offers classes with alternative schedules, with didactic specially designed for this type of student. In this class, the focus is on self-defense and the preparation for a day’s work, working on balance, focus and discipline.

The gym also offers a complete locker room structure, so that the student can get ready at the gym before going to work.

Grappling

What do Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Sambo, and Wrestling have in common? All are martial arts belonging to one category: grappling. And that is exactly what the term Grappling means.

Grappling martial arts are all those that have hand-to-hand fighting, grappling, whether with or without the Gi. Whoever practices this type of fight, regardless of the modality, needs to master the art of controlling his opponent’s body, and take advantage of him by applying specific techniques.

Grappling-style martial arts can be practiced standing up, like Judo or Wrestling, and on the ground, like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu once the student has mastered the basic techniques of the GI at the beginner level, the Grappling class. No-Gi introduces students to the No-Gi variation of Jiu-Jitsu. Students must wear the No-Gi uniform, which consists of a gym rash guard, gym fight shorts.

Muay-Thai

Muay Thai, also known as Thai boxing (Thai boxing) in countries such as the United States and England, is a martial art whose precedence dates to approximately two thousand years.
